White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies

I finally got some time to make cookies again! Sorry for missing the last two Cookie Fridays. I must confess I strapped the baby into his high chair and gave him not exactly healthy baby food to keep him appeased while I baked. Nilla wafers RULE.

White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375.

You know the drill: Mix all wet ingredients in one bowl. Mix all dry in the other. Add dry to wet and add the fancy add-ins. (You can use those directions for any cookie recipe. Why get wordy?)

Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. You can squish the dough down a little if you like flatter cookies.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops start to turn golden.
