Chocolate Peanut Butter FAILS
Too bad these things were a complete tragedy. The peanut butter filling was fine, but the cookie part could have been a hockey puck for all I care. Grrrr. Oh well. I have to have a failed experiment every once and a while.

Filled cookies may be slightly less photogenic than sandwich cookies, but these are practically guaranteed NOT to fail in the taste category. Plus, when you can’t see the pb inside, it’s almost more exciting to eat.
