Cookie Friday!

It’s peanut butter cookie time, it’s peanut butter cookie time! Peanut butter cookie, peanut butter cookie, peanut butter cookie and a baseball bat!

Man, I hate that song. If you aren’t sure what I’m referencing, let me enlighten you.

Aaaaaanyway, here are the cookies for Cookie Friday!

Peanut Butter Cookie Trifecta

There’s nothing really special about these cookies besides the variety. You can use whatever peanut butter cookie recipe you have, or even the stuff from the refrigerated section. For the first cookie, dip the cookie in crushed peanuts before baking. For the second, use a fork to make those hatch marks. And for the third, make an impression with your thumb and then fill with your favorite jam (also before baking). Easy peasy!

Hope you all have a good weekend! See you on Monday with some more geeky crafts.

Those cookies look yummy! I think instead of jam, though, I would put in chocolate.

By the way, I heard this super yummy snack idea I want to share! You take pretzel squares (you know, like the kind in Chex mix?) and those Hershey’s white/regular chocolate swirl kisses. That’s it! You put the squares on a baking sheet, then top them with the chocolate. Pop ‘em in the oven for just a bit, until they get gooey, then top with another pretzel square. SO GOOD!

Know what else is good? today’s kawaii not: meringue . Enjoy!

Man, those look good! I haven’t had peanut-butter cookies in ages! The jam thing? Genius.
