Chocolate Peppermint Num Nums

These guys are kind of a combination of chewy chocolate cookies and peppermint patties. And that creme stuff is just fun to play with! It’s like marshmallowy playdoh.
Ingredients:
2 sticks of melted butter
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 unsweetened cocoa
