No, I haven’t read Fables, but I did hear about The Book of Ballads and Sagas by Charles Voss, collaborated with on by Neil Gaiman, Jane Yolen, Francesca Lia Block…basically ALL these authors that I just adore! And I’ve heard the art is inspired heavily by Alfonse Mucha, whom I also adore. So yeah, I think I really lust after that one…
In other book news, I’ve finally convinced Nick to try Jasper Fforde. Huzzah! And I also looked for that book Just a Geek at the library but I couldn’t find it…any other geek-related ones you can think of? I’m still up for a guest review.
