Some of you may remember in this post I was wondering what to do with all of my defective DS cases I made while learning to crochet. Friends on and offline pretty much all said have a give away. I already gave one to my very first customer on Etsy along with his regular order. (I wonder if he’s gotten those, yet….) So anyway! Here’s the very first giveaway on The Domestic Scientist! Hopefully just the first of many 
So here’s the deal. Leave a comment before Friday, October 10th with your name and e-mail and what order you like the DS cases in, favorite to least favorite. Then over the weekend, I’ll use Random.org to chose the 4 winners. Everyone will get their first choice, unless someone that got picked before them also picked that case. Then they will get the 2nd on the list. Or 3rd or fourth, depending on how similar everyone’s answers are. I will send the winners an e-mail on Monday and we’ll exchange info that way so I cam mail them to you. (I promise I’m not a crazy stalker lady - I won’t do anything weird with your address. Although I am prone to sending random Holiday cards. BEWARE!) So here are the cases up for grabs!
A. is the very first case I ever made. The stitching is very tight, but feels very sturdy.
B. is one that was too big. It would probably fit an original DS case model, while the rest are made for DS Lites.
C.’s cover is too small. You will be able to see the corners of the DS, but otherwise nothing is wrong with it.
D. is a little too small all around. It can technically fit a DS, but it may be better used for cell phones or repurposed for other things.
I actually have a few other cases left around, but I’ll save those for another time. I didn’t want to give away more cases than I have readers

What a competition, and in perfect timing. I was just thinking the other day, that my DS will probably get all scratched up hanging about loose in my handbag. I used to have a hard cover that held games too, but i lost in transit from LA to NY a year or so ago. Fingers crossed!

Yes I got it on Saturday. It was a very plesant surprise. Everything got to me in perfect condition. I have my Home is where the controller is displayed in my living room. I will take a picture and send to you. Sorry this took a while to respond. My hard drive died on Saturday as well, so just getting it rebuilt.
